W Hotel Cemerlang

I love the room and the amenities. For a budget hotel I am quiet surprised when they provided foot towels. I appreciate it. I had a really comfortable sleep on the bed, the large windows are great for someone who likes natural light and fresh air. The bathroom is quite spacious with a heater. Plus there are stores in the same row as the hotel or restaurants just a short walk away. The room service staff was really friendly. I appreciate the water coolers provided.

Accommodation is just awesome. Location is good just 10 minutes from the bus terminal. Room is clean, beds are comfortable, toilet is clean. Air Con. Working properly. Housekeeping doing amazing work. At reception the guys and girls are accomodative. There are restauraunt n shops downwards even a store is there so no need to go far for anything. They have oron with ironing stands in walkway so anyone can use if required. T.V with 15 channels n some radio channels. Also a window with the room. Overall good facility and good value for money.

The hotel staff is very kind, friendly, helpful and cheerful. The staff really makes me feel comfortable. i will book again, and i highly recommend this hotel for everyone who likes quiet places to have rest and enjoy alone or with his/ her family. the rooms are large and clean, the shower is excellent, the air conditioner works well, the cleaning is daily, the location is close to everything, restaurants and supermarkets are next to the hotel, and also Khadija Bazaar is about a kilometer away. It is one of the cleanest hotels in Kota Bharu.

Location is very good. Near to all places in Kota Bharu. Room is clean and comfortable. Worth the money. Bathroom also clean.

The location is good and the staffs are friendly and understandable. The room is cozy and cool. Beside hotel have mart to buy necessities. Have many free parking but a bit far from hotel.
